TPW Advantage – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the TPW Advantage loyalty program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Program

TPW Advantage is a loyalty program operated by TPW (“we”, “us”, “our”) that allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points for rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Membership is offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases as determined by TPW from time to time. Points are only awarded for completed and paid transactions. TPW reserves the right to exclude certain products, services, or transactions from earning points. Cost Per Copy charges (meter reads) do not accrue points.

Business customers: if you no longer work for the business linked to the account, you become ineligible to accrue points for that account.

3. Points Have No Cash Value

Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or combined with another account. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for rewards made available by TPW from time to time. All rewards are subject to availability. Not all rewards may be in stock or available at all times, and rewards may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

All physical rewards will only be shipped to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping for rewards at this time. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is up to date and within Australia to receive their rewards.

6. No Returns or Refunds on Rewards

Rewards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. Once points are redeemed, the redemption is final.

7. Refunds and Reversed Transactions

If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or cancelled, TPW reserves the right to deduct the associated points from your account. If those points have already been used, TPW may require the return of the reward or deduct the equivalent value of the points from your account, which may result in a negative balance.

8. Unavailable or Failed Rewards

If a reward cannot be supplied or redeemed for any reason, TPW will contact you via your registered email address within 7 business days and the points used for that reward will be returned to your account.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

TPW reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, cancel points, cancel rewards, or refuse participation in the Program if, in our reasonable opinion, a user is misusing the Program, acting fraudulently, attempting to exploit the system, or breaching these Terms and Conditions. All such decisions are at TPW’s discretion.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and ensuring your contact details (including email address) are kept up to date. TPW is not responsible for points lost due to unauthorised access, missed emails, or errors caused by outdated information.

11. Program Changes and Termination

TPW reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Where practical, at least 30 days’ notice of material changes will be provided via email. Changes may include how points are earned, how points are redeemed, reward availability, or these Terms and Conditions themselves.

12. No Guarantees

TPW does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific reward, that the Program will run indefinitely, or that points will not expire in the future. Points expire 3 years after your last qualifying purchase. We will send an email notice before points expire.

13. General

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws in Australia. Participation in TPW Advantage constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
